Ever dealt with a headache that made you want to build a time machine to travel back to the times you didn't have a headache? Usually we’ll pop us two Advil’s and call it a day but the herbal remedies actually offer a long term solution.

  • Ashwagandha- Effective for relieving nervousness/ Cloudy Thinking/ Nervous Exhaustion

How to Use:Capsule One 400-500 mg 2x a day Tincture: 40-80 drops 3x a day.

Warning: Do not take it if you have autoimmune diseases.

  • Blue Vervain: Helps menstrual headaches

How to Use:Tea:Add 1 tsp.dried herb and orange peel to 8 oz water. Steep for 15-20 mins. Take 4oz. 3x a day.

Warning: Avoid use during pregnancy.

How to Use:Use 2 tsp of fresh leaves.

Boil thyme for 20 mins. Drink Hot tea 3x during the day.

How to Use:Use 1-2 tsp of dried herb to 8 oz hot water.Steep for 40 mins. Drink 1-3x per day.

Warning: Avoid using excessive doses.

How to Use: Best used as a tea.Pour 8 oz of boiling water over the chamomile flowers head and steep for 5 minutes.Take up to 3 cups a day.

  • Sweet Everlasting: Use for Migraines.

How to Use: Tincture: 30 drops (1/2 teaspoon) 3x a day with meals.

  • Lemon Balm- Use for stress headaches

How to Use: Add 1-2 tsp. dried leaf to 8 oz. hot water. Steep for 15 minutes. Take 2-3 cups a day.
